What You Can Do

1. Accessing System Settings

To edit Zonely’s general configurations and view system details, follow these steps:
  1. Log in to your admin panel.
  2. Click the “Gear” icon in the left menu.
  3. Go to the “Settings” tab.
  4. Click “System Settings.”

2. Managing System Settings

The System Settings page acts as the central control panel for your software’s core configuration. From here, you can manage everything from titles and social links to emails and visual content.

General Information

  • Team Name: Define the team or server name displayed on your site.
  • Site Title: Title shown in browser tabs and search engines.
  • SEO Tags & Description: Keywords and descriptions that appear in search engine results.
  • Social Media Links: Add links to Facebook, Discord, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Contact Information: Provide email, phone number, and WhatsApp details for communication.

Content Sections

  • About Us: Add HTML-supported content introducing your organization.
  • Support Message Template: Create an automated message for support tickets.
    → Available variables: %message%, %username%
  • Team Logo & Favicon: Upload the main logo and the favicon displayed in the browser tab.

Advanced Settings

  • Developer Mode: Displays errors and debug data when active.
  • HTTPS Redirection: Forces SSL connections for all links.
  • Maintenance Mode: Temporarily closes the site to visitors.
  • 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication): Enhances login security.
  • Announcement Comments: Allows users to comment on announcements.

Bonus Credit

  • Bonus Credit: When active, grants users extra credit during deposits.
  • Bonus Credit Percentage (%): Set the rate to apply.

Google Analytics

  • Google Analytics: Enables traffic tracking.
  • Analytics Public Key: Enter the tracking key from Google.

Cloudflare Turnstile

  • Cloudflare Turnstile: Adds bot protection.
    When enabled, two fields appear:
    • Turnstile Site Key
    • Turnstile Secret Key

Cloudflare DNS & Payment Settings

  • Cloudflare Global Key: Enables full integration with your domain system.
  • Minimum & Maximum Payment Amount: Sets deposit limits.
  • Commission Fee: Define a percentage or fixed commission from payments.

Registration Limit

  • Set a limit for new user registrations. Options: Unlimited, 1, 2, 3.

SMTP (Email) Settings

  • Server, Port, Security: Basic information for SMTP connections.
  • Email & Password: Credentials used for outgoing emails.

Password Reset & TFA Email Templates

These HTML editor fields allow custom templates using the following variables:
  • Password Reset:
    • %username% → Username
    • %url% → Password reset link
  • 2FA Reset:
    • %username% → Username
    • %url% → 2FA reset link

Hosting System

When active, the following fields appear:
  • Pterodactyl Panel Logo: Upload a custom logo for your panel.
  • Pterodactyl Panel Key: Enter your Pterodactyl API key.
  • Pterodactyl Panel URL: Enter the panel’s full URL (for example: https://panel.site.com).

Discord Login

When enabled:

Google Login

When enabled:
  • CLIENT_ID and CLIENT_SECRET fields appear.
    You can get these from the Google OAuth client screen.

Recurring Giveaway System

When active:
  • A Giveaway Duration field appears.
    Choose between Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, or Yearly intervals.

License System

When enabled:
  • A License Announcements section appears where you can set random messages shown to licensed users.

Pay-As-You-Go Subscription System

When the license system is active, this option appears as well. When enabled:
  • Subscription Duration: Select Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, or Yearly.
  • Subscription Fee: Define the amount to charge users.

Gold System

When enabled:
  • Linkvertise ID
  • Gold System Discord Servers (ID + URL)
    Allows users to earn gold by completing tasks like joining Discord servers or visiting promotional links.

Minecraft Server List Module

When enabled, users can view the Minecraft server list on your site. It can integrate with external data sources. If disabled, this section remains hidden.

Spin and Win

When active, users can spin a wheel to win random rewards. Great for increasing engagement and promotions.

Pick and Win

When enabled, users select from 12 cards for a chance to win prizes. Perfect for gamified marketing campaigns.

Server Status URL

To show your server’s online or offline status, enter a status API endpoint (for example: https://example.com/status).

Discord Role Assignment Bot Token

Allows automatic Discord role assignment based on purchased products. Enter your Discord bot’s token.

Discord Role Assignment Server ID

Specifies the Discord server ID for role assignment. Obtain this ID from your Discord server settings.

Wiki URL

Enter the URL of your documentation or help wiki for user support. This link appears in help-related sections.

DMCA

When enabled, this feature manages copyright claims and DMCA takedown requests. Ideal for protecting creator rights. Configuring these settings carefully improves your system’s functionality and enhances user experience.
