1. Enable Promotions in Plugins

Activate the Promotions plugin to manage your products like a Minecraft Server List and let users control their promotions. Follow the steps below to complete the configuration:
  1. Log in to the admin panel where you installed Zonely.
  2. Click the Gear (Settings) icon in the left menu.
  3. Open the “Plugins” section.
  4. Find the “Promotions” plugin and switch it to active.

2. Create a Product Category

Before adding products, define the category that best fits the target sector:
  1. Log in to your admin panel.
  2. Click the Shopping Cart icon on the left.
  3. Open the Store Management section.
  4. Click the Product Categories tab.
  5. Select Add Category in the upper right corner.
  6. Enter the category name and required details.
  7. Click Save to finish.

3. Add a Product

Follow these steps to correctly add a promotion product to your system. Some fields may be optional depending on the product type, sector, and presentation. Fill in the required fields carefully to ensure proper display in the store.
Top promotions appear first, and users receive three promotion rights.
  1. To add a product to the created category, go to Store Management and click the Products tab.
  2. Click Add Product at the top right.
  3. Select Digital Marketing as the product type.
  4. Enter the name of the team member who developed the product in Product Developer.
  5. Assign a Product Name.
  6. Add a short Slogan to appear on the product promotion page.
  7. Fill in the Product Summary that will show in the product list.
  8. In SEO Tags, enter keywords for search engines, separated by commas.
  9. In Product Info, write the detailed description and promotional text. You can include images here.
  10. The Discord Role ID field lets you assign roles automatically in Discord. You can leave it blank.
  11. Add a Product Icon to define its appearance on the “My Products” page.
  12. Choose the Category where the product will be published.
  13. In the Product Promotion section, upload wide banner images. You can drag and drop or click to upload multiple images.
  14. In the Video field, add YouTube or Vimeo links for the product’s promotional video.
  15. Under Pricing, select Paid and enter the product’s price (decimals supported).
  • To apply a discount, specify whether it is permanent or time-limited.
  • Then enter the Discounted Price and, if applicable, the Discount End Date.
