Promotion Marketing Integration

Promotion Marketing lets users buy visibility from the store. Featured listings, sponsored placement, server promotion, advertising rights, or time-limited spotlight areas can be managed through this workflow. The goal is not only to sell a promotion product. Buyers should understand where the promotion appears, how long it lasts, what content they must provide, and whether approval is required.

How It Works

An admin creates a promotion product in the store. After purchase, Zonely connects the promotion right to the user’s account or promotion area. Placement, duration, and required assets are controlled by the product settings. Promotion products need clear descriptions. Buyers should know the visibility area, duration, content rules, and approval flow before paying.
Clear promotion rules reduce support requests. Add duration, placement, and approval notes to the product detail page.

Preparation

Decide these rules before creating the product:
  • Where will the promotion appear?
  • How long will it stay active?
  • Does the user submit an image, title, or description?
  • Is admin approval required?
  • How many promotions can be active at the same time?
  • Is pricing one-time or duration-based?

Create A Category

  1. Open Store Management > Product Categories.
  2. Create a category for promotion products.
  3. Write a clear category name and description.
  4. Add a visual or icon that separates promotion products from other store items.
Keeping promotion products in their own category makes the store easier to scan.

Create The Product

  1. Open Store Management > Products.
  2. Create a new product.
  3. Select the product type that matches promotion sales.
  4. Enter the product name, slogan, price, and description.
  5. Add duration, placement, and usage-right details.
  6. Add images and optional video.
  7. Test the purchase flow from the user side.

  • Promotion duration starts from purchase or approval, depending on your policy
  • Inappropriate content can be rejected before publishing

Before Publishing

Can buyers understand where the promotion will appear?
Are duration, price, and placement clear?
Are image sizes or content rules listed?
Is the next step after purchase clear for the user?

Common Issues

The buyer asks where the promotion appears.
Add placement details and expected publishing time to the product description.
Promotion content is incomplete.
List required image, title, and description fields before purchase.
The approval flow is confusing.
If admin approval is required, make that visible before checkout.
Duration causes disputes.
Explain whether the timer starts at purchase time or after approval.
