In this section, you can:

  • Completely ban a specific user from the site.
  • Automatically suspend all active products of banned users.
  • Set the duration of the ban or make it permanent.
  • Add a reason and description to create a detailed record for future reference.
When a user is banned, all active sessions end and access to the site is blocked. You can lift the ban later and reactivate the user if needed.

1. Ban a User

  1. Log in to your admin panel.
  2. Click the “Chess Pawn” icon in the left menu.
  3. Go to the “Member Settings” tab.
  4. Click “Bans.”
  5. In the top-right corner, click the “Ban User” button.

Form Fields

  • User: Search and select the user you want to ban.
  • Ban Reason: Describe why the user is being banned.
  • Method:
    • IP Ban → Blocks access from the same IP.
    • HWID Ban → Bans based on the user’s hardware ID.

Duration

  • Unlimited: Permanently bans the user.
  • Limited: Sets the ban duration in days.
    Enter the number of days in the “Ban Duration (Days)” field.
After filling out the form, save to complete the process. The banned user is logged out, their products are suspended, and access is restricted based on the selected method.
