2. Managing Customer Reviews

Managing user reviews helps maintain your store’s credibility and prevent misuse. You can easily view, review, and take necessary actions from your admin panel. 1. Log in to your admin panel.
2. Click the “Pencil” icon in the left menu.
3. Go to the “Content Management” tab.
4. Click “Customer Reviews.”

From this section, you can:

  • List and view all reviews by product.
  • Preview, approve, reject, or delete individual reviews.
  • Access a user’s review history for broader moderation when needed.
  • Examine each review’s rating and content in detail.
